Procedendo assim \u00e0 sexta altera\u00e7\u00e3o ao Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 41-A\/2010, de 29 de abril, e transpondo a Diretiva 2018\/1846 (UE).<\/h4>\n<h4>Atualmente as mercadorias perigosas assumem uma import\u00e2ncia na economia.No entanto o risco que envolve o acondicionamento, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es e o transporte destasmercadorias, carece de maior aten\u00e7\u00e3o pelas autoridades.<\/h4>\n<h4>Neste \u00e2mbito foram criadas regras para que o transporte e a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias perigosas fossem mais seguros e controlados.<\/h4>\n<h4>Assim sendo de forma gen\u00e9rica as principais regras para este transporte s\u00e3o:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>O ADR (Acordo Europeu Relativo ao Transporte Internacional deMercadorias Perigosas por Estrada);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da mercadoria perigosa;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>O ADR<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>O transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias perigosas tem de cumprir o ADR (Acordo Europeu Relativo ao Transporte Internacional deMercadorias Perigosas por Estrada) em todo espa\u00e7o dos pa\u00edses contratantes. O ADR, define oscrit\u00e9rios de aplicabilidade, classifica\u00e7\u00e3o, acondicionamento, sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e transportedas mercadorias perigosas, sendo aplic\u00e1veis regras de car\u00e1cter geral, particular eespecial.<\/h4>\n<h4>De modo gen\u00e9rico para realizar um transporte de mercadoria perigosa \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Documento de transporte (emitido e preenchido pelo expedidor);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Escritas (Ficha de Seguran\u00e7a), na(s) l\u00edngua(s) que a tripula\u00e7\u00e3ocompreenda;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Certificado de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Condutor (Curso de Base e Especializa\u00e7\u00f5es, senecess\u00e1rio)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o com fotografia, por cada membro da tripula\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Certificado de Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do(s) Ve\u00edculo(s) (apenas no transporte em cisterna e notransporte de explosivos);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Um cal\u00e7o para as rodas por ve\u00edculo, de dimens\u00f5es apropriadas \u00e0 massa m\u00e1xima dove\u00edculo e ao di\u00e2metro das rodas;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Dois sinais de aviso port\u00e1teis;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>L\u00edquido de lavagem para os olhos (para cada membro da tripula\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Um colete ou fato retrorrefletor;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Um aparelho de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o port\u00e1til;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Um par de luvas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Uma prote\u00e7\u00e3o para os olhos (por ex.: \u00f3culos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Entre outros equipamentos e sinaliza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>No entanto a primeira fase \u00e9 saber classificar a mercadoria.<\/h4>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias perigosas<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Cada mercadoria est\u00e1 associada a um n\u00famero de quatroalgarismos extra\u00eddo de acordo com a Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o Modelo das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, aque se d\u00e1 o nome de \u201cn\u00famero ONU\u201d ou \u201cN\u00ba ONU\u201d (UN).As mercadorias perigosas s\u00e3o agrupadas em classes, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Do estado f\u00edsico;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Dos riscos\/perigos apresentados;<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3681 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/sea-solucoes.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/png-cargo-\u0422\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043a\u0430-adr-transport-dangerous-goods-dangerous-goods-service-waste-containment-cargo-transport-clipart-300x168.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sea-solucoes.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/png-cargo-\u0422\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043a\u0430-adr-transport-dangerous-goods-dangerous-goods-service-waste-containment-cargo-transport-clipart-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/sea-solucoes.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/png-cargo-\u0422\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043a\u0430-adr-transport-dangerous-goods-dangerous-goods-service-waste-containment-cargo-transport-clipart-768x431.png 768w, https:\/\/sea-solucoes.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/png-cargo-\u0422\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0441\u043f\u043e\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043a\u0430-adr-transport-dangerous-goods-dangerous-goods-service-waste-containment-cargo-transport-clipart.png 880w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Do grau de perigosidade;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Existe uma lista de mercadorias perigosas, ordenadas de forma crescente por N\u00ba ONU, e apartir dela que s\u00e3o estabelecidas as prescri\u00e7\u00f5es particulares eespeciais relativas ao acondicionamento, expedi\u00e7\u00e3o, carregamento, movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o,transporte e opera\u00e7\u00e3o, envolvendo mercadorias consideradas como perigosas \u00e0 luz<\/h4>\n<h4>Alerta-se que a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte de mercadorias perigosas \u00e9 exercida pelas seguintes autoridades:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>IMT, I.P.;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Dire\u00e7\u00f5es Regionais da Economia;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Guarda Nacional Republicana;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pol\u00edcia de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica;<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Autoridade de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Econ\u00f3mica.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">Caso pretenda mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o transporte de mercadorias perigosas contacte-nos.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">Evite coimas.
